Terms and Conditions for the Skeen Deep Birmingham #SkeenDeepJourney Campaign

1. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to all clients of Skeen Deep Birmingham who have purchased and are using Mounjaro as part of their weight loss journey.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United Kingdom.

2. Promotional Period:

3. How to Participate:

• To participate, clients must post content related to their weight loss journey on Instagram or TikTok at least once per month.

• Posts must include progress photos, videos, or updates that accurately reflect the participant's experience with Skeendeep.

• Participants must tag @skeendeep_bham in their post or story and ensure their account and post are set to "Public" so that they can be tracked and verified by Skeen Deep Birmingham.

• Each post must clearly disclose the participant’s relationship with Skeen Deep Birmingham by including “#ad” or a similar disclosure, in accordance with the ASA guidelines.

4. Discount Details:

• Participants who meet the eligibility and content requirements will receive a 5% discount on their next purchase of Skeendeep for each month they participate.

• Discounts are cumulative, meaning participants can earn up to a maximum of 20% off their purchase if they consistently post for four consecutive months.

• The discount is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is only applicable to purchases made directly through Skeen Deep Birmingham.

• Discounts earned in a particular month will be applied to the participant’s next month’s purchase and must be used within 30 days of issuance. Discounts not used within this period will expire.

5. Content Guidelines:

• All content shared must be original, truthful, and reflective of the participant's genuine experience with Skeendeep.

• Skeen Deep Birmingham reserves the right to disqualify any post that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or non-compliant with these terms and conditions.

• By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Skeen Deep Birmingham, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion.
